Computer love

I've always loved computers. Due to my autism, I had special interests in small bits of computer history ever since I was a kid. At first, I was obsessed with beta versions of Windows (such as Longhorn). Then, with Apple (and doing Hackintosh). These special interests taught me a lot about operating system theory and virtualization, and I was as young as 8 when I started doing it.

I've studied at a public tech school as a teen, then enrolled university and got a job as a developer both at the same time, at age 17.

I'm now unemployed, and I hate what has become of the tech world, but I still have hope on the hackers and people who believe in the greatests feats of computation.

Autism

My story with autism began when I was reading the Steve Jobs biography as preteen. In some part of the book, it mentioned that Bill Gates seemed like a kid with Asperger's Syndrome. I went googling and it fit me so well.

On the following years, I diagnosed myself with Asperger's. It really made sense to me. But after some time, and some people telling me that self-diagnosis was bad, and my parents never taking me to a professional, I dropped the self-diagnosis.

I had the chance for an assessment in 2020, which concluded I was on the spectrum.

In 2025 I was reassessed, and we've concluded that my autism was considered moderate (support level 2) due to cognitive rigidity, social cognition and others.

Transness

I started playing with my transness when I was 21, during the pandemic. As soon as the pandemic hit, I started considering myself non-binary and seeing a lot of people uncloset. In 2022, I changed my name legally and started hormones. In 2024, I underwent SRS.

Archivism

My main goals recently in terms of technology is doing some archivism work. I want to free us from the walled gardens of big techs, such as embedding archived content on my website for safekeeping. People have done a great job making content, so I should repay them by keeping their content safe somehow.
